“IF BOOKS COULD TALK” CAMPAIGN

Denver Public Library Friends Foundation

The Denver Public Library Friends Foundation, a Colorado nonprofit that enriches the community through philanthropy and advocacy to support the Denver Public Library system, needed help with developing a new creative concept, updating their website and developing new messaging and materials to increase awareness and grow their donor base.

At Scream Agency, I created a new look and feel for the brand, which was then applied to a new website and other impactful marketing tactics, such as :30 and :15 videos and photography. Additionally, I designed materials and created messaging for their major donation efforts (i.e., Colorado Gives Day). Our “If Books Could Talk” campaign aims to showcase how our libraries’ resources —- storytime, the ideaLAB, materials for teachers —- change the lives of our community members, all through the point of view of the books.

DPLFF now has a cohesive brand that will heighten brand awareness while continuing to build their donor base. After launching our new creative, DPLFF had their most successful Colorado Gives Day in 2021, nearly doubling their financial goal.
